Not required, but understanding of language, history and government would add to a point-based system, which takes into account other aspects such as socio-economic status, level of education, employment, and so on

Meanwhile they do all the business. The question is hipocrasy. Phds, engineers, software people, scientists, labor force... Do you think that all the Swedes are aware of their history?

They should be allowed citizenship after understanding the language with the history and government being less important unless they are the legal voting age and up. Most important thing to understand is mainly whats respectable in public so that there is less distributive.

Yes, but it should be considered only for immigrants applying for permanent citzenship after living in the country for the minimum required time (5 years)

No, only people born in Sweden to Swedish parents should be able to attain citizenship
